KICKBOXING
Youth 8 - 14 yrs.
Participants will learn safe, effective kick-boxing and boxing on a hanging bag, mitts and pad work, footwork and strength like professional fighters without the impact.

STRENGTH
Male 12 - 16 yrs.
This is a 2 hr Workshop designed by our to help teens to find the most effective way to train outside of sports.
With a friendly and supportive vibe, participants learn what makes sports professionals rise above their game, how athletic conditioning helps performance goals, self-esteem and confidence.
Strength training helps us 'stand tall' beyond physique. It will also explore mental fitness beyond aesthetics, and help foster a more meaningful relationship with exercise.
EMPOWER
Female 12 - 16 yrs.
This 2 Hour body-awareness program for teens led by experienced youth coaches, personal trainers and health professionals. For any fitness level.
Delivered in a welcoming space with the goal of learning about exercise beyond competition, sports and aesthetics. Includes Pilates, yoga and body-weight TRX exercises, as-well as invaluable self-defence skills. With extra chats about how movement/exercise and breathe can be powerful mental health and stress relief strategies, all led by a personable female instructor.
