A supreme medium for massage & also wonderful as a skin conditioner after showering. The semi-solid consistency provides ideal friction, eliminates spillage & improves the flow of the massage.

Arnica is excellent for inflammation, muscle aches and pains. St Johns Wort (Hypericum) is great for nerve pain, scars and contusions.

Use before or after physical activity. Also excellent for irritated, cracked or rough skin.
