FOUNDATIONS (4 WEEKS)
A structured introduction to movement, training, and routine.
We focus on:

This stage helps them feel comfortable, capable, and ready to progress.
pERFORMANCE (ONGOING)
After Foundations, they move into ongoing training.
This is where we:

Progress is guided, tracked, and supported every step of the way.
INSIDE A SESSION
STRENGTH TRAINING

HYROX

BOXING
Each session is structured and coach-led, including:

Strength and movement training
-
Boxing and pad work
-
HYROX-style conditioning
-
Individual coaching and feedback
Led by qualified personal trainers and experienced boxing coaches, sessions are delivered in a supportive environment focused on building self-esteem, confidence, and the power of movement. This is not a gym where young people are left to figure things out on their own.
Small class sizes mean better coaching and faster progress, with sessions capped at 18 for Strength and HYROX, and 10 for Boxing.
