Kickboxing Kids Devonport

Stingrays

Kickboxing and MMA Classes in age-groups from 5 - 17 year olds. A truly unique class with professional specialist instructors. Non-contact technique and fitness class using boxing bags and hand mitts and pads.

TRX

TRX Classes for10 - 15yrs, is a body weight and suspension apparatus fitness class. Enhancing strength and mobility to complement sports, and fun and encouraging enough for youth needing to stay active.

EMPOWER

Female 12 - 16 yrs.

This is a 2 Hour body-awareness program designed for teens by experienced youth coaches, personal trainers and health professionals. All fitness levels welcome.

The content will be delivered in a welcoming space with the goal of learning about exercise beyond competition, sports and aesthetics. Students will participate in Pilates, yoga and body-weight TRX exercises, as-well as learning invaluable self-defence skills from a second-dan Black-belt. With extra chats about how movement/exercise and breathe can be powerful mental health and stress relief strategies, all led by a personable female instructor.

STRENGTH 

Male 12 - 16 yrs.

This is a special 2 Hr Workshop designed by our leading Youth Strength Coach to help teens to find their the most effective way to train outside of sports.

 

With a friendly, professional and supportive vibe, participants will learn what makes top sports professionals rise above their game, how athletic conditioning helps performance goals, self-esteem and confidence.

 

Strength training helps us 'stand tall' beyond physique. It will also explore mental fitness beyond aesthetics, and help foster a more meaningful relationship with exercise.

KICKBOXING 

Youth 8 - 14 yrs.

Join our Coach Jack for a empowering 1.5 hour Workshop. 

Participants will learn safe, effective kick-boxing and boxing on a hanging bag, mitts and pad work, footwork and strength like professional fighters without the impact.
