We help young people develop mental skills, emotional intelligence, and a clear understanding of how to get the best from their bodies — through sleep, nutrition, and well-coached strength and conditioning.

 

This is about setting them up for life.

 

Delivered through a balance of practical, hands-on training and short, focused learning segments — so they build both capability and understanding.

our method

FOUNDATIONS (4 WEEKS)

A structured introduction to movement, training, and routine.

We focus on:

  • Building confidence

  • Learning key movements

  • Creating positive habits early

This stage helps them feel comfortable, capable, and ready to progress.

pERFORMANCE (ONGOING)

After Foundations, they move into ongoing training.

This is where we:

  • Build real strength and fitness

  • Increase consistency

  • Develop discipline and ownership

Progress is guided, tracked, and supported every step of the way.

INSIDE A SESSION

STRENGTH TRAINING

HYROX

BOXING

Each session is structured and coach-led, including:
 

  • Strength and movement training

  • Boxing and pad work

  • HYROX-style conditioning

  • Individual coaching and feedback
     

Led by qualified personal trainers and experienced boxing coaches, sessions are delivered in a supportive environment focused on building self-esteem, confidence, and the power of movement. This is not a gym where young people are left to figure things out on their own.
 

Small class sizes mean better coaching and faster progress, with sessions capped at 18 for Strength and HYROX, and 10 for Boxing.

Kids can combine classes such as HYROX and Boxing, and book directly through our timetable.
 

If they prefer to attend a specific class each week, just email us at help@soulsprite.co.nz and we can set up a standing reservation so there’s no need to book each week 😊
