Alyssa Bird
Yoga Instructor
Alyssa teaches a breath centred slow flow yoga with an emphasis on mindful movement, guided by the breath, to settle the nervous system and bring a sense of peace and stillness to the mind.
Alyssa’s feels ‘if you can breathe, you can do yoga’. Her purpose is to help others find inner stillness and peace through this ancient and inspiring practice.
